Q: How fit do I need to be to abseil?

Q: Do I need to have abseiled before?
A: No - we'll give you all the instruction you need on the day.
Q: What are the risks?

Q: Can I bring spectators?
A: Spectators are welcome to come and support abseilers on the outside. Unfortunately we are unable to allow spectators inside the buiding to watch internal abseils.
Q: Can I pick a time to abseil?
A: Arrival times are normally sent out about 3 weeks before the event when we know what groups and individuals we have coming and can allocate times appropriately. If you have a preference for a specific time, please get in touch before booking so we can see what we can do.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Barring delays, which are sometimes inevitable, you can expect to be here for about an hour in total. The abseil itself takes anywhere between 8 and 20 minutes depending on the individual.
